Elections happen automatically when a neighborhood reaches 5+ members and the steward's 90-day term expires. Stewards can also call early elections.

Any member with 14+ days tenure can self-nominate with a candidate statement.

Ranked-choice voting. Rank candidates by preference — instant-runoff determines the winner.

🏛️

Steward terms last 90 days. Maximum 2 consecutive terms — then step aside for fresh leadership.
